Customers are allowed to make the following changes to their orders BEFORE the order is shipped out. Within 24 hours of purchasing.
* Change the shipping address
* Full Cancelation of the order
* Change the size or color
AFTER SHIPPING
Customers are NOT allowed to make any changes to their orders after we have shipped out the order.
AFTER DELIVERY
We accept returns 1-2 days after your order has been delivered. You have until the second (2nd) day to return or exchange products for a different size. All products on flash Sales, clearance items, bras, underwear, or CUSTOM DONE CLOTHING* ALL SALES ARE FINAL!
Please make sure your size for custom outfits is accurate.
IMPORTANT REFUND INFORMATION:
1. No partial refunds allowed
2. Product not received / Defective product / Product different from the one advertised: a solution will be made within two working days after the estimated delivery time.
3. Fraudulent or unauthorized transaction/ The amount charged on the customer's invoice is not the same as it appears on the website/ Duplicate charges: a solution will be made within five days after notification of the charge
****EXCHANGES****
1. Before sending back your product, please contact our customer service first for your return address.
*YOU HAVE 1-2 DAYS AFTER DELIVERY TO MAKE SURE YOUR ITEMS ARE DELIVERED TO DECIDE IF THE ITEM IS RIGHT FOR YOU, IF YOU WOULD LIKE TO RETURN OR EXCHANGE THE ITEM PLEASE CONTACT US WITHIN TWO DAYS OF DELIVERY* (We have a delivery tracker on all mailed out orders.)
2. We will see if your product is in for even exchange of the size you need. If it is not then once we receive your item back we will provide you with a refund the same way you paid.
3. The following items cannot be returned or exchanged: beauty, bodysuits, lingerie, swimwear, jewelry, accessories, nails, and CUSTOM clothing.
4. You can call the post office to arrange a collection or drop it off at your nearest post office. You will be responsible for covering the shipping costs to return your item(s) to be sent back to us.
RETURN & EXCHANGE CONDITIONS
1. For items with no quality issues, please ensure the returned items are unworn, unwashed, undamaged, and have original tags on them. All return requests must be authorized by our customer service team before shipping to our returned address.
PLEASE CAREFULLY FOLLOW OUR RETURNS PROCESS TO MINIMIZE ANY DELAYS:
1. If your item is qualified to be returned, please submit a ticket in our "Contact Us" stating your
-Order Number
-SKU or product name
-Reason for return
-Our customer service team will respond to you within 24 hours
-Once we have received the returned item(s), we will email you and arrange a refund with store credit, or exchange as request immediately.
IMPORTANT NOTICE
1. Please do not send your return to the sender's address on your package. This is not the return address and will affect the processing of your return. You should only send it to the address that our customer service provides to you.
2. We are not responsible or liable for any return packages that may become lost or stolen in transit. Please keep your proof of return tracking number when shipping back your returns.
